Spring has sprung!

 

My mom and I took the girls to Thanksgiving Point gardens today to see the tulips. The flowers are FABULOUS! I wish I was a bit more agile so I could have taken some better pictures, but such is the stage of life!

 
 

The girls were desparate to roll down the hills, so we finally gave in, and we started a flood of bad behavior! I'm sure there were more than a few moms that wished we could control these children and stop being a bad influence, but it sure was fun to watch! What can I say, my kids are leaders.
Andi did get some work in on her technique. Grandma is a good coach.

This was my view from my back door as I made dinner on Sunday. The girls have had a cold, so it was nice to take a break and be outside for a while.

 

Princess Lessons

 

I have been able to get the girls to use their proper utensils and chew with their mouths closed becasue they want to "eat like princeses." I guess they probably won't be passing the princess and the pea test any time soon...

"Bird Park"

 

It's been over a week, but the girls are still talking about our trip to the aviary, so I figure I am still in acceptable blog juristiction. There is a big playground at Liberty Park, along with the aviary, so the kids had a very fun day. I loved hanging out with family and friends. I just wish I had more pictures of the people who came!
