Yes, I intentionally chose pictures in which my children look drunk to emphasize the humor behind this statement. Don't get me wrong, I DO think my kids are the cutest, but I had to laugh at myself at how competitive I am about it some times. I found myself comparing my kids with my mom's kids and thinking "gosh, mine are way cuter and smarter." This is a bit odd since I AM one of those kids. Just thought I would share my little insanity. I guess I probably need more sleep!

as one of your mother's children, I am insulted...but yeah your kids are pretty dang cute and probably smarter than us....I know Tenna seems a lot smarter than I do from the stories I've been told
When Cailyn was a baby I told my mom I thought she was Much cuter than her oldest was as a baby. I think I offended her. ;p
Hahaha I am strangley glad that I am not the only one ;)
But it's true - our kids are WAY smarter than we were... heck - Kalea is MUCH smarter than I am now. So as a mother of hers...I'm screwed.
...and if you didn't think your kid was the cutest... you'd be some strange specimen that would need to be studied, poked and prodded. ;-)
