I have been craving Taco Bell for a while now and the girls did very well through my long wait/Dr. appointment today, so we had a reward! The reward for them was to pick their drinks. Andi chose a Fruitista Freeze which looks like a smoothie from the pic and description (made with real fruit!) so I am thinking this is great! Well, it is really a slurpee with a shot of cream in it. Needless to say the firls split that one. It was still a lot of drink though. About 3/4 of the way through lunch Andi started to get really spastic then shaky. I began to wonder if allowing her that much sugar when she is not really used to it was a bad idea. She then informed me that she was freezing and I realized she was hyper/shivering. I guess a cup of snow in your tummy would make you a bit cold. So we all wrapped up and had a good snuggle. No diabetic seizure today, thank goodness! Moral of this story: Fruitista freeze is a Slurpee with reconstituted freeze-dried processed strawberry chunks, not a smoothie.

PAM... I want to hear about your birth stories.. i can't get enough of them...what do you mean you hope someone is there this time?? crazy???!!! and the EC was going well till he was 7 months.. then all of sudden he just refused to go on cue. he got all stubborn. instead of just giving it a rest i continued trying with him... and to no avail. i later read that i should not continue with it at the first sign of resistance. and even now.. he wants no part of it. i am super bummed. will have to see how the next babe does and hopefully i have not DELayed Sid's potty training!!.
Oh and congrats on your third, how exciting. the girls look so beautiful and funny and fun.

i am thinking buying some from New zealand would be good though b/c the $ is so bad there right now.
